Sara is originally from Chicago and now lives in the heart of New York City.  She began dancing at the age of six and has years of experience in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, swing, theater, and tap.  As a young student, Sara trained on scholarship at the Nashville Ballet School in Nashville, Tennessee, and the Lou Conte Dance Studio in Chicago.

She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and graduated with a double major in Education and Speech Communication.  While at the University, Sara was the coach and captain of the Illini Dance Team which captured the National Title at the 2000 UDA National Dance Championships in Orlando, Florida.

As a choreographer, Sara spent seven years working as a Head Instructor for the Universal Dance Association and has worked with hundreds of college and high school dance teams across the country.  After leaving UDA, Sara has continued to work as an independent choreographer and regularly works with many nationally-ranked dance teams.

Since moving to New York City in September 2004, Sara has danced for the New Jersey Nets NBA Dance Team and performed extensively as a theater and television actor.  Her television credits include 'All My Children', 'Saturday Night Live', 'Law and Order', 'Rescue Me', and 'Guiding Light'.  Sara has also appeared in several TV commercials.

As a stage actor, Sara has performed in 'Barefoot in the Park', 'All's Well That Ends Well', 'The Tempest', 'Halfway There', and many others.

Sara is also a print model.  Her photos have appeared in recent issues of Women's Health, Dance Spirit Magazine, and American Cheerleader.
